After using the sprayer gun, the spray gun and its accessories should be cleaned immediately. Careless maintenance and cleaning are the main reasons for the failure of the spray gun.

When cleaning the suction feed spray gun, flow the suction tube into the cup. Then loosen the air cap 2-3 turns, block the air cap with a folded rag, and then pull the trigger. This allows paint from the spray gun to flow back into the paint tank.

Tighten the air cap again and pour the paint in the paint tank back into the original large tank. Clean the inside and lid of the cup with thinner and a thin brush, and wipe off the residue with a cloth soaked in solvent. Then pour a little clean detergent into the cup, trigger the trigger, spray the detergent, and clean the feeding pipe.

Then remove the air cap, soak it in sky or solvent, and clean the clogged holes with a soft brush like a round toothbrush or straw broom. Remember, you must never use iron wires or nails to clean these small holes because these small holes are drilled by finishing, and iron wires and other things can easily damage the small holes. Clean the nozzle with a spray gun brush and solvent. Wipe the outside of the gun body with a cloth soaked in a thinner, taking care to wipe off all traces of paint.

At present, the automatic spray gun cleaning machine has been used, combined with manual hand washing to clean the spray gun, and the cleaning effect is very good. Put the spraying equipment in the large barrel of the spray gun cleaning and recycling machine, cover the lid, and then turn on the pneumatic pump to rotate the cleaning liquid in the cleaning barrel. In less than 1 minute, the equipment can clean all parts for use. Compared with the traditional manual cleaning method, the automatic cleaning solution can save 10 minutes of time for changing the paint. The cleaning device increases the safety of the painter because the skin is no longer in contact with those solvents that have a drying effect. There is a screw plug at the bottom of the vat to drain the waste liquid.

In operations such as cleaning the spray gun, a large amount of solvent will remain. If it is poured directly, it is wasteful and not conducive to environmental protection. The solvent recovery machine uses high-temperature distillation to recover the dirty solvent and obtain clean solvent, which saves a lot of solvents and protects the environment.

After the spray gun is used, if it is not cleaned immediately, the nozzle will be partially or completely blocked, causing the spray from the spray gun to split (spray out dry paint fragments) or the spray shape is wrong. This is especially true for enamels with additives. Because if it is not cleaned immediately after use, the enamel paint will harden inside the spray gun.
